Dimond Health was created to inform others about health, focusing on the raw food diet & natural living. It is our goal to help others become healthy and live a passionate, meaningful life. Products are only sold in bulk in order to be offered at discounted prices. This is helpful for those that are already familiar with the products & are interested in getting good deals. Most are shipped directly from the suppliers so you’ll receive fresh products that are frequently replenished. Many are made fresh daily or weekly. All prices include free shipping to the continental U.S. & sale tax. Please supply a street address because suppliers rarely ship to a P.O. Box. In most cases orders are shipped the same or next business day by UPS or Fedex. You will receive an email with tracking info. For your protection, Paypal handles all payments from their secured website and we never have access to your credit card info. They’ll allow you to pay with a bank account or echeck, if you’d prefer not to use a credit card. You don’t need to be a PayPal member nor create an account with them to place an order.

Dimond Health is an authorized seller of all products sold on this website. The authenticity of supplements can be verified by the lot# with the manufacturer. Manufacturers & suppliers verify business information prior to establishing a relationship with sellers. International shipping is only available where indicated & must be approved in advance if prices aren’t set. Please make sure the correct shipping address is always given for all orders. Orders are processed quickly and rarely can be modified later. Please note: If you place an order for only single bottles without a case or without meeting any minimums, you will receive a refund minus any PayPal fees they charge, plus an administration fee of $5 minimum. If you place an international order for products that don’t specify international shipping or prices, you will receive a refund minus any PayPal fees, plus an administration fee of $5 minimum. A Non-U.S. billing address, requires an additional fee. This strict policy is due to continuous unauthorized transactions. Thank you.

PayPal no longer refunds their fees associated with any purchase. Please keep in mind that this amount will be deducted from all refunds (minimum U.S.: 3.49%+.49 International is additional.). If you have any issues, contact PayPal.

Because these are bulk orders and since the manufacturer/supplier handles shipping orders, We Do Not Offer Refunds. Replacements or exchanges may occur if damaged in shipping or other defects, according to their policies. If you have any further issues, please contact the supplier directly. Large appliances typically have a manufacturer’s 30 day return policy. In special cases returns are accepted according to the manufacturer or supplier’s policies & Must Be Authorized By Dimond Health. If a refund is given, PayPal fees & an administration & restocking fee of 15-20% minimum of the total will incur. In addition, if the manufacturer or supplier doesn’t give compensation, further fees will occur. Please be aware of these policies before making any purchases.
